April 25, 2008: Alexandria Police Chief David Baker, Deputy Chief Earl Cook and Deputy Chief Blaine Corle volunteered their time on Spring for Alexandria day taking SCAN’s new Blue Ribbon Campaign posters to retail establishments throughout the City. Their efforts will help SCAN spread a message of parenting support and abuse prevention to families throughout Alexandria, in both English and Spanish.
