DESCRIPTION:About the Summit\nThe May 20 Alexandria Trauma and Resiliency Summit is the first of two community-wide events being hosted by RAISE ( https://www.alexandriava.gov/dchs/childrenfamily/default.aspx?id=109680 ); the second will be held in 2022. These Summits will include:\n\nan emphasis on skills and strategic approaches that have practical “real world” application.\na sequence of 3, 6 and 9 month participant follow-up and support.\n\nThe Trauma and Resiliency Summit in 2022 will build upon this year’s Summit by inviting participants to share their Trauma-Informed policies and practice gains.
