DESCRIPTION:RUN! GEEK! RUN! 5K benefits a different Alexandria-based non-profit each year. Our 14th Annual race benefits SCAN of Northern Virginia.\nThe next RUN! GEEK! RUN! 5K will be held on Sunday, September 25, 2022. The race will take place in Alexandria, VA, with the starting line on Main Line Boulevard, sandwiched between George Washington Middle School and the Braddock Road metro stop.\nCost to Run\n\n$30 until June 30th, 2022\n$35 from July 1st thru September 15th, 2022\n$40 from September 16th thru race day\n\nCreate a Team\n\nDuring the registration process, select YES when asked if you would like to JOIN or CREATE a GROUP/TEAM. The first member of your team to register for 2022 will click the CREATE A NEW GROUP/TEAM button, indicate the GROUP/TEAM TYPE, enter a TEAM NAME (the geekier the better), and create a PASSWORD. The specific PASSWORD will be required for anyone wanting to join the team.\nSubsequent registrants will click JOIN AN EXISTING GROUP/TEAM, enter the team name and password provided by the Team Captain in the boxes provided.\nSponsors receiving free race entries will be asked to enter their specific COUPON CODE on the REVIEW YOUR REGISTRATION INFO page.\n\n
