The Loudoun County Trauma-Informed Community Network (TICN) is 1 of more than 26 TICN’s throughout Virginia. Facilitated by SCAN, this diverse group of individuals representing different sectors across the community meets once a month to share trauma-responsive practices. The Loudoun County TICN seeks to foster a resilient community that promotes health, healing, safety, and compassion through collaboration, education and community engagement.
