This is a FREE virtual community session for parents and their children in middle school led by experienced parent and youth facilitators. Sessions are interactive and involve family activities. Caregivers and the child must attend the program.

Parent topics:

• Strengthening parent-child communication
• Creating family meetings that everyone wants to be a part of
• How to recognize hidden tobacco products
• Managing family stress during COVID-19

Youth topics:

• How to walk away from peer pressure
• The dangers of tobacco use
