The Loudoun County Trauma-Informed Community Network is proud to present the first Resilience Awards to outstanding individuals supporting mental health who are making Loudoun a better place. Nominees are community members that put others and their wellbeing first. As a part of Virginia’s state-wide observance of Resilience Week, eight recipients will be recognized with a unique equine-assisted education session in partnership with Project Horse of the Arc of Loudoun. Partnering with horses is a unique and powerful restorative mindfulness and wellness journey that will allow those who help others to focus intentionally on themselves.
